1 July 2019 marked a change in ownership of Brown & Associates

Brown & Associates is a specialist commercial property legal practice, with commercial leasing a particular focus (acting for both Landlords and Tenants). The firm’s specialisation enables us to service matters in a concise and strategically effective manner, with technical competence assured.

Andrew Brown first established the firm in 1998 as a sole practitioner. The firm subsequently grew with David Dew joining as partner in 2005 and David Hopkins joining as a partner in 2007. On 1 July 2019 David and David acquired full ownership of the firm from Andrew, with Andrew remaining engaged as a consultant.

Directors David Dew & David Hopkins and Consultant Andrew Brown enjoy excellent support from four very experienced paralegals. The firm also enjoys access to several senior level litigation lawyers, on a referral basis.

Our offices are well positioned in the Adelaide CBD, within the established professional office precinct Citicom.
